How do I become a Excel Distributing Dealer?
To become a Excel dealer go to the home page and use the becoming a dealer link. Fill out the form and fax a copy of your sales tax license and opening order to 303-572-2964. We will e-mail you back a username and password along with your account number.
How do I find Excel's price list ?
It's very easy. Click on the becoming a dealer link and fill out the application and then click SUBMIT. We will receive your request and e-mail you username and password back within 24 hours. You will then be able to log on in the upper right corner of the home page and have complete access to our dealer catalog and all of our price lists. These are updated every 24 hours so please check for new products or specials.
How can I pay for my orders ?
New dealers can pay for their orders by credit card. At Excel we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.We will send you a credit card authorization form to complete and will will save that information in your customer file. You may also choose to pay for your order by Cashiers Check or Company check with prior approval, however all C.O.D. orders will be charged $10.00 per C.O.D.
As a new dealer, can I receive open terms or pay by check ?
After new dealers have established a history with Excel, credit terms or company check terms can be evaluated on a individual basis. At that time We will send you a complete credit application form.
Will I have to pay all of the freight or shipping charges ?
Excel offers prepaid freight on all orders over $1000.00. There are some exceptions to this policy, Tv's are paid at 50% of the shipping and all furniture will have the total freight charge added to the invoice.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
Excel ships most packages by UPS, depending on you location you will receive it in two to three days. Most of our Colorado dealers receive their order in one day. We also have will call pick-up available for our local dealers that is open Mon-Fri 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. We will also ship Ups Red or Blue for a addition charge.
What should I do about getting a RA (return authorization) number ?
If you need a Ra for defective product just call us and supply us with your date of purchase, model number, serial number, and tell us what the problem is. If the product is a current model Excel will exchange or credit your account at our discretion. Just return the unit to us prepaid and after inspection of the unit we will process the Ra and send the replacment back to you prepaid.
What if the product is discontinued or no longer stocked by Excel ?
No problem! Just call the factory directly. They will provide you with any information for you to send the product to them, as well as the proper address. If you need help with this please call us and we will help you with this procedure.
Can I buy product from Excel if I am a consumer or I do internet sales ?
No. Excel only sells to dealers for the purpose of resale. Also Excel will only sell to dealers in our specified territory . Please remember not all brands are available in all areas, but if you call us we will be happy to tell you what products are available to you.
